The newest arrival to team Customer Service, Laura has taken the helm at the reception. With a chipper “How did you sleep last night?” and the desire to make communication easier. Laura tends to our customers and retailers with the devotion of a mother hen. Welcome Laura!

Julie joined Natura almost a year ago, as one of our bilingual Customer Service Reps. Easy going and ready to step in and offer assistance, Julie’s soothing presence is ever an asset at Natura World.

Krista, our Customer Service Manager runs a tight ship, and enjoys leading the CS team. Having just returned after a year’s maternity leave, Krista has jumped back in with gusto and is ready to lead the CS team onward! Welcome back, Krista!

Having stepped in as Customer Service Manager for a year, Alice is thrilled to get away from the paperwork – and back to the retailers she loves to work with. Her favourite part of the job is the ability to help people solve problems. Relationships matter to Alice, and her devotion to Natura and Natura’s retailers is clear.
