Introducing the NaturaProtect™ Warranty Program

This program offers you  the opportunity to preserve your mattress (and protect your investment) against unintentional and accidental damage from food and beverages, human and pet bodily fluids, and more. NaturaProtect™ mattress protectors have always provided healthy protection and an added boost of bedtime comfort – and now we offer more!

How does it work?

By selecting a NaturaProtect™ Essential, Plus or Deluxe Mattress Protector at the time of mattress purchase, you are automatically eligible for the corresponding NaturaProtect™ Warranty program. Each protector provides a different level of coverage. The NaturaProtect™ Deluxe Protector and Warranty Program’s is the most extensive.

Should a problem arise, a quick call to Natura’s Customer Service Department will be followed up by an inspection from an independent service agency.

After being presented with the receipt of purchase to confirm the product under warranty, the inspector will evaluate the problem, then fix, repair, and clean the mattress as required. Should these remedies be unsuccessful, the mattress will be replaced.
