Last month we shot a series of videos aimed at sharing information about safe sleep. Sure, we’re a mattress company but sleep is what you’re really buying. And if you’re not following the rules of safe sleep, it won’t matter what kind of mattress you sleep on.
Sleep, like a healthy diet and regular exercise, takes some doing. Some habits will rob you of a good night’s sleep, while others will deliver it – deliciously!

Other drinks (like coffee) rev up your system, making falling asleep almost impossible. Safe Sleep and coffee are not good bed partners.
