Lose weight just by getting a better night’s sleep
Beach season may be over – but that’s no reason to let yourself go. After all, hot tub season is right around the corner – swimsuit shopping again! Instead of diving into the latest fad diet (they don’t work anyway) why not just go to bed? Sleep – not exercise or diet – may be the secret to looking great this summer.

Report card on Canadian sleep habits says we’re failing miserably…
If you’re hanging out on Facebook or Twitter when you should be sleeping, you’re in good company – especially if you’re Canadian. According to an Ipsos Reid poll, 23% of Canadians are spending their nighttimes fretting over their financial future instead of sleeping.

Getting a better sleep can help you lose weight!
Sleep experts believe the average person needs 7-8 hours sleep a night to feel well-rested and capable of handling daily stress comfortably. What’s more, getting enough slumber, helps your body reset, sidestepping serious illness and careless accidents you wouldn’t make if you were wide awake.
